Q. How long will it take to get my item?

A. For UK customers, standard delivery service orders should take between 3 and 5 days to arrive. We also offer a next-working day (Monday to Friday) delivery service for UK Mainland customers (£4.95 for any number of items) – please see below.

Q. Do you offer Next Day Delivery?

A. Yes, you can select Next Day Delivery when placing your order, at a low price of £4.95. Please ensure you order before 14:00pm to qualify.

Q. Do you ship outside the UK?

A. Yes, we ship Worldwide. There may be restrictions on heavier items and certain locations. Please see the individual listing for more details.

Q. I’ve ordered a PRE-ORDER item, what does this mean?

A. Sometimes we advertise an item for sale before it’s been released by the manufacturer. In this case, it will clearly say in the subtitle and description when the item is due for delivery. You should also receive an email from us confirming this. Ebay will send you a computer generated email regarding this sale which may give an inaccurate delivery date. Please ignore this. If in any doubt, please contact us.

Q. Do you charge a restocking fee?

A. No, unlike a lot of other online sellers, we do not charge a restocking fee.

Q. Do you combine shipping?

A. We do not charge for any UK shipping. We do have to charge a small amount of shipping for overseas orders and can often combine this when you purchase multiple items.

Q. eBay are suggesting I open a case to discuss a problem, should I do this?
