PAYMENT
Payment is requested within 3 working days please.
UK: Payments accepted by Paypal or Postal Order.
Overseas: Payment via Paypal only.
Items will normally be despatched within 48 hours of receipt of payment.
If, for any reasonable reason, this is not possible, the Buyer will be notified by email.
POSTAGE
Within the UK, items valued up to £80 will be sent via Royal Mail 1st or 2nd Class Recorded.
Items valued over £80, for insurance purposes, parcels will be sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day - delivery by 1.00pm.
For overseas customers, all parcels will be sent via Royal Mail International Signed For. Additional insurance for items valued over £50 will be taken into account within the quoted price. Please note that Royal Mail does not guarantee delivery dates for overseas shipments and shipments outside Europe and the EU may be subject to Customs & Duty delays and charges for which the Buyer is responsible.
Combined postage offered for more than one purchase.
The Seller reserves the right to amend the postal method and price at the point of invoice subject to agreed Final Selling Price.
RETURNS
thegirlmusthave hopes that you will be delighted with our purchases(s). However, should the item not fit or you feel it has been mis-described, please email
thegirlmusthave1@btinternet.com stating the reason for return to receive confirmation that the return will be accepted before posting the item.
Refunds will be given upon satisfactory receipt of the returned item, excluding the original postage and packing fee paid. Items must be returned by a Recorded method for Track and Trace purposes.
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs.
Cosmetics may not be returned for hygiene reasons.
