Q: Can you ship my parcel outside the UK?

A: No, we cannot ship any parcels outside of the UK


Q: How long will it take to receive my goods?

A: Please allow 5 to 7 working days for you order to arrive from despatch. We aim to ship your order within 2 working days.


Q: Can I return my order for a replacement?

A: No, we can only process refunds for returned goods. However please return the item to us and you can reorder the new item online.


Q: How long will it take until I get a refund for my returned goods?

A: We will process your return as soon as possible, please allow up to 14 days for your refund to be fully processed and show in your PayPal account.


Q: Can I combine my postage charge?

A: Yes, simply add the items you wish to order to your basket before paying for them. Once you have added all your items, go to the basket and continue through your Payment as normal.

Q: How will I know that you have received my order?

A: When you place an order with the Figleaves eBay store you will get the following email communications:

  • Order confirmation email - this is a "winning bidder" email which confirms we have received your order
  • Payment Received email - this is a "payment cleared" email from PayPal. Please retain this for your reference. At this time we will leave positive feedback for you. We hope that you will be pleased with the service you get from us, and will in turn leave us positive feedback.
  • Shipping Confirmation email - this confirms your order has been despatched from our warehouse
  • If you do have any issue relating to your order or delivery please contact us at ebayhelp@figleaves.com


Q: Am I able to order more than one item per order?

A: You can put as many items as you want into one order, and this will have one delivery charge only.

There are two ways to do this as detailed below:

  1. Cick 'Add to Basket' rather than 'Buy It Now', do this with an many items as you would like to purchase.
  2. Click on your basket shown in the top right hand corner on eBay.
  3. Continue through to payment as you would normally which will give you one postage charge for all your items.

OR


  1. Choose your item and select the size and colour.
  2. Click 'Buy It Now'. This will take you through to the 'Review and Commit to Buy' page.
  3. Click 'Commit to Buy'. This will take you through to the 'Buy It Now Confirmation' Page.
  4. This page will give you options - 'Pay Now' or 'buy another variation or visit sellers shop'
  5. Click 'Visit Seller's shop' to purchase more items under one delivery charge.
  6. Repeats steps 1-5 until you are happy you have all the items you wish to purchase. Once you have all your items, simply click 'Pay Now' on the last item and all your item will be under one order with one delivery charge.

Note if you do not Pay straight away, you can go back and pay for these items by viewing the order in 'My eBay'. The order will be shown in your 'Buying Reminders' and 'Purchase History'.


Q: What happens if the item I order is out of stock?

A: Our aim is that all items listed are available and in stock. Unfortunately in very rare cases we may have a problem fulfilling your order. In the unlikely event that this happens we will contact you as soon as possible, and give you a full refund.


Q: Can I order an item in a different colour or size to that shown on the site?

A: All of the items that are available are listed on our site. If the size or colour you want is not listed on the site unfortunately we don't have it. However, why not try the search facility to show you all of the sizes and colours we do have on offer.


Q: Can I order from you through an eBay auction?

A: No, all our items are listed as 'buy it now'.


Q: Can I amend my order once it's been placed?

A: Unfortunately once you place your order we are unable to amend it, cancel it or change the delivery address. Please make sure it is correct before you complete your order.


Q: Can I place an order over the telephone?

A: We are only able to take your order through our online store, and are not able to offer you a telephone ordering service.


Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: We only accept payment by PayPal. This offers you a secure and convenient way to shop at our store.


Q: Can I pay by any other method than PayPal?

A: At present we only accept payment by PayPal. We are unable to accept payment for orders by any other method (e.g. debit and credit cards, cheque or cash).


Q: Does the price displayed for the products on your site include VAT?

A: Yes, all prices include VAT.

Delivery


Q: Where do you deliver to?

A: We currently deliver to all addresses in the UK. We are not currently able to offer delivery to any address outside the UK.


Q: How long will it take you to deliver my order?

A: We aim to despatch all orders within two working days of payment being cleared. All orders will ship with Royal Mail 2nd Class Post, and should arrive with you within 5-7 working days from despatch.


Q: How much does delivery cost?

A: The postage and packaging charge is a standard £2.99 for all parcels.

Please note for very large orders you may receive more than one parcel, but you will still have only one delivery charge of £2.99.
We may occasionally ship high value orders by a courier service. In this case you will need to be present to sign for your parcel, but the delivery charge will still only be £2.99


Q: Do you offer an express delivery option?

A: Currently we only offer a standard service, but your goods should still be with you within a few days.


Q: Are there any delivery areas where it may take longer for my parcel to arrive?

A: Some remote locations within the UK, including the Highlands and Islands of Scotland, and BFPO addresses may take a day or two longer to deliver.


Q: What do I do if my parcel doesn't turn up?

A: If your parcel has not turned up within 7 days of you getting your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at ebayhelp@figleaves.com

Q: How long do I have to make my return?

A: Returns must be received by us within 14 days of you receiving your order.


Q: Can I return an item and have a replacement rather than a refund?

A: We do not offer an exchange service.


Q: How do I make a return?

A: All items despatched from the figleaves eBay store come with a pack note listing the items delivered, and detailing the returns process. If you do need to return any items the steps to follow are:

  • Fill in the returns form on the pack note indicating the item(s) you are returning and listing the returns reason code as listed on the pack note.
  • Put the returns form with the items being returned into secure packaging and affix the pre-printed returns label which you will find on the reverse of the pack note.
  • Post the package back to us. Note that you are responsible for the cost of returning the parcel to us. Make sure you get proof of posting from your Post Office or carrier. You should keep this proof of posting until you receive your refund. This will allow you to follow up with your carrier if we do not receive your returned parcel.


Q: Are returns free of charge?

A: No, you are responsible for the cost of sending returns back to us.

Q: What is your returns policy?

A: If you need to return an item we'll give you a refund, provided that it is in its original condition and packaging, unworn, unwashed and with all labels attached. It must be returned to us within 14 days of you receiving your order.
Note that some items bought from the figleaves eBay store cannot be returned if the packaging has been opened or the seal has been broken. This includes:

  • Hosiery
  • Body care items
  • Beauty products

These conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

  • Your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations, allow you to cancel your order in writing up to 7 working days after you have received your delivery. Further details and advice are available from the Citizens Advice Bureau or your local Trading Standards Department.
  • You have a statutory duty to take reasonable care of our goods whilst they are in your possession and during transit. We cannot accept liability for goods that get lost or damaged when they are returned, and request that you ask the Post Office to stamp the proof of posting label when returning products by post.
  • This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights relating to faulty or misdescribed goods, or your right to cancel orders under the Consumer Protection (distance selling) Regulations.

Q: What do I do if I receive a faulty item?

A: In the unlikely event that you do receive a faulty item please return it to us using the returns label provided. We will investigate the problem, and where appropriate process a refund.
