REFUND POLICY If ,within 7 days of receipt,it is apparent that the item description is materially inaccurate or the item is damaged and not described as such then we will refund.If the item proves unsuitable or does not fit or the buyer changes their mind then we will not refund when the item was in "Auction"; when it is in a "Fixed Price"/"Buy it Now" category and a request to return the item is received within 7 days of receiving it we will refund the purchase price but not reimburse the buyer's postage costs(this includes the actual cost to us of dispatch even when it is "free"postage) and we may charge a handling fee(for example,when the item is returned after the statutory 7 day period).For hygiene reasons,we cannot accept the return of swimwear,underwear or earrings.Your statutory rights are not affected. |
