CONDITION
The majority of the items we have for sale are vintage or antique. In most cases they have been used for the purpose for which they were designed. As such they will have some signs of use and/or wear. We try to describe as accurately as possible and only use the terms 'Near Mint' and 'As New' where they are appropriate.
MEASUREMENTS
Measurements are usually taken at maximim overall dimensions and should be taken as close indications of the size of the item. If any particular dimension is critical, then you should ask for an accurate measurement before bidding.
RETURNS POLICY
We have a 'No Quibble' returns policy whereby any item can be returned, at the buyers expense, within 14 days of receipt (in as despatched condition) for full refund of bid price. If there has been an accidental but significant error in description then postage either way will also be refunded. Should the item have been deliberately damaged or modified, with reference to our image store, then the right to a refund will have been forfeited.
Damage/discrepancies should be notified on receipt and decision to return notified within 7 days.
