The seller originally sent the wrong style jeans. After supplying photos of the jeans, I was advised to return the jeans by second class post for which I would be reimbursed. Using the eBay return system I received a automatic refund. If I had used second class post as suggested, the refund would not have happened and I would have receive the jeans I ordered, this did not happen. If only the seller had been more specific regarding this scenario. The transaction was protracted and frustrating.
