How do I pay?
UK - We accept payment via PayPal, Cheque, Postal order, Bank Transfer and by Credit card.
For Debit / Credit card payment you can call Customer Services on 01872 888132 and pay over the phone. Or, select PayPal in the checkout area and use it to process a credit card payment (you don't need a PayPal account to do this).
All prices include VAT at standard UK rate. Our credit card system will only authorise payment for cards registered to the purchaser at your own address. If you do need to change your delivery address or have any other payment questions / problems please call 01872 888132 during office hours.
Payment and Data Security
We use the best Internet payment systems to ensure that your data and payments are secure. You can check out our security by clicking on one of the logos below.
International - We are only able to accept PayPal payment for international orders. You can still use your credit card through the PayPal system. You can pay in your currency and this will be converted to the pounds sterling equivalent on the day you place your order.

How long do I have to pay?
We would expect to receive payment within 7 days. After this we will contact you with a final reminder, and give you another 3 days to pay. If we have had no contact after 10 days, we will cancel the order. However, if for some reason you may need longer to pay, please contact us.

Can I pay over the phone?
Yes no problem, you can pay by card over the phone Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm.
