How much will delivery cost me?


You can choose our low price Economy delivery where we always charge as little as possible based on the individual item, so please see the listing for full details of cost to your destination.


All orders are dispatched the same working day if paid for before 2pm and next working day after 2pm.

If you need the item delivered faster then you also have the option to upgrade to standard or Express 24hr delivery at extra cost. Again, please see the invdividual listiing for full details.

Cost effective

If you order more than one item, the shipping cost for each aditional item will only be £1* for deliveries in the UK.

* The delivery charge on any one order will be the cost for delivery of the item with the most expensive delivery cost. If you order 3 items, one with a shipping cost of £4.00 one with a shipping cost of £3.00 and one with a shipping cost of £2.00 you will only be charged £4.00 + £1.00 + £1.00 = £5.00 total for delivery.

N.B. All delivery times are the estimated number of working days from time of dispatch. Dispatch from us is on same day if you order by 2pm. Next day orders on a Friday will be delivered on Monday, not Saturday unless specifically arranged.

UK Deliveries

When you place an order in our eBay shop, the goods are in stock at our warehouse. We aim to dispatch orders on the same day they are received.

We only dispatch from our Warehouse Monday to Friday. We do not have collections by our couriers over the weekend.

Royal Mail 1st Class, 2nd Class and Tracked:

At the checkout, you have a choice of Economy Delivery (4-10 days), which is the option included in the price of your goods or you can upgrade to Standard Delivery (1-2 days), or Express Next Day. With Economy and Standard delivery, your order will be sent via Royal Mail if it is under 1.75Kg or by Courier if it is over that weight. For larger items or multiple item orders where the total weight is over 1.75kg we use our secure courier.

Courier Deliveries:

All Express Next Day, plus some Economy and Standard deliveries will be made by our Couriers - DPD. All Courier parcels will need to be signed for on delivery unless you make special arrangements directly with the Company. DPD Do not deliver on Saturdays.

DPD Next Day Delivery Times:

DPD deliver to most UK addresses on the next working day by 5:30pm, Monday to Friday (except Public and Bank holidays). The next day service does not normally include delivery on a Saturday. If however you need to upgrade to Saturday delivery, please contact Customer services on 01872 888132.

We can offer a one hour delivery time slot so you don’t need to wait in all day for your parcels!
We have worked with our couriers DPD to develop an interactive service which advises you by email when your package will arrive, with a one hour delivery window. If it is more convenient, you will also have the option to reorganise your delivery for a time to suit you.


UK Outlying areas:

The delivery time may be extended from the usual 24 hours and can take up to 48 hours. Unlike many online retailers we do not charge extra for delivery to the following post codes but they are destinations where orders will normally take 48 hours to arrive -

International Deliveries

We use DPD Airmail Services for all our International deliveries. Whilst there is a charge for all international deliveries on top of the cost of the goods, our policy is to keep this to an absolute minimum.

Australia, Italy and South American delivery delays: Some customers have recently experienced longer than expected delivery times via standard Airmail parcel post for Australia, Italy and South America and in some cases orders have taken three to four weeks to arrive. This is not true in every case and does not affect our Courier Services.

Royal Mail Second Class is currently proving to be slower than usual.

If you require your item before a deadline, please upgrade to Standard or Express delivery.

When will my item be delivered?

Most smaller items are sent via Royal Mail and will arrive with your postman during their usual daily visit.

If your item(s) is bulky, heavy or more valuable than our average packet, then it will probably arrive with one of our couriers and will need a signature on arrival. Couriers will arrive at any time between 8:30am and 5pm, however our new delivery time slot system advises you by email when your package will arrive, with a one hour delivery window. If it's more convenient, you will also have the option to reorganise your delivery at a time which suits you.

Unfortunately our couriers do not deliver on Saturdays or on public holidays unless by special arrangement. If you do require Saturday delivery, please call our Customer Service on 01872 888132 and we will be happy to arrange this for you.

Do you give shipping discount for multiple items (Combined Shipping)?

If you order multiple items with our economy free delivery we have already included a discount for you and the goods will usually all be delivered at the same time. If you upgrade to a faster service, there will be a small additional charge for each item, please see the individual listing for full details.

I am an international buyer, what postage options do I have?

International shipping options are included in the listing details for each item and are charged per item.

Buyers may be responsible for duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees as determined by the law of the country of destination. If shipments require a Customs Declaration it will be attached to the parcel.

If you live outside the UK and shipping costs are not specified in the listing, please email us at with details of the item you're interested in plus your country of residence and we will be happy to give you a quote.

Can I collect my order?

YES - if you are able to get to our Warehouse near Tresillian, Truro, Cornwall TR2 4HF. The warehouse is open 09:00 -17:00 Monday to Friday and some Saturdays/Sundays. Please call us on 01872 888132 to check we will be open if you want to come on a weekend.

When will you despatch my item?

If your order has been placed by 2:00pm and paid for, we will dispatch it the same day Monday - Friday, not including Public Holidays.

If your order is received later, we will still try our best to send it out on the same day. Orders received after 2:00pm may not be sent as we have to meet our Carriers collection schedules. Please assume that any order placed after 2:00pm will leave our warehouse on the next working day.

How soon will I get my item?

At The Hubs we always aim to get your goods delivered fast. Take a look at our feedback for proof! Most of our customers do get their items the next day, however this cannot be guaranteed unless you use our Express Delivery option.

Will the package need a signature?

Most of our deliveries will require you to be there to accept the delivery and some will require a signature. If you need to make special arrangements, please call 01872 888132 or send an email to

I need my item(s) tomorrow, help?

To guarantee delivery of your order for the next working day (not including Saturday), please pay by 2:00pm and opt for Next Day Delivery. First class delivery is usually very good and generally does get there the next day but obviously Royal Mail cannot guarantee it.

If you live in the more outlying areas of the UK, we cannot guarantee next day delivery even if you select that service at checkout as our courier can sometimes take 2 days.

If your order is placed after 2:00pm, don't panic! Please call customer service on 01872 888132 and we will do our very best to help you.

What delivery company do you use?

We use Royal Mail primarily for all our small packages, for bigger parcels we tend to use DPD Couriers as we have found them to be the best in the UK.

I need my item delivered on a Saturday, can you help?

We can often do this! The best way is to call our customer service department on 01872 888132 Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm before you place the order. There will be an additional charge for Saturday delivery, but we always try to keep this to a minimum. If you decide you want a Saturday delivery after you have placed the order, please give us a call and we can try to change the details on the system as long as the order has not already been processed.

Do you dispatch to The Scottish Highlands, UK islands, N.Ireland and The Channel Islands?

Yes, delivery to outlying areas is taken into account with all our tarrifs. We do not charge any extra for delivery to these addresses. If your address has a UK post code, there is no extra charge for shipping with Royal Mail, if however the item has to be sent by courier, there may be an additional charge and longer delivery times for some items. Items which require specialist delivery will have this stated on the listing.

I need my order sent to a different address to that on eBay what shall I do?

All invoices are automatically generated by our system using the address provided when you check out. If you require an alternative address please input it in the checkout area. A note in the PayPal section or e-mail is not always read before the invoice is printed. If you cannot change your address in your PayPal payment section it does not matter, we will send to the address you typed during checkout. If you change your address on eBay or Paypal after you have placed the order, this will probably not get to us, so please call to make sure we are posting to the correct address.

Do you ship to BFPO addresses?

Yes. When you checkout, please choose UK 1st class. We don't believe our Service personnel or their family and friends should pay any more than Standard UK delivery.

How do I know if my item has been sent?

You will receive an automated email confirmation when your items have been dispatched.

I missed my delivery and now it is on its way back to you, what shall I do?

If any item is returned to us because Royal Mail or our Couriers were unable to deliver, we reserve the right to request the re-postage costs if the item needs to be sent again. If you require a refund then your postage will not be refunded. Please see our Returns FAQ for full Terms and Conditions.

What do your P&P costs include?

Our postage charges include charges in addition to the actual cost of postage for the item. These are the costs of packaging materials and a handling fee to cover our time.

I placed my order using the eBay mobile site or mobile app and I need to upgrade my delivery, what shall I do?

If you place an order using your mobile phone then you will only be able to select economy second class postage. If you require delivery of your item more urgently then please call customer service on 01872 888132 and they will be able to help you to upgrade your postage to first class or next day delivery.

Lieferungen nach Deutschland werden per Luftpost versendet. Sendungen unter einem Gewicht von 2 kg werden durch die Deutsche Post zugestellt. Sendungen ab 2 kg werden durch DPD per Luftfracht mit Sendungsverfolgung zugestellt. Für alle internationalen Sendungen wird eine Gebühr zusätzlich zum Warenpreis erhoben, doch es entspricht unseren Grundsätzen, diese auf ein absolutes Minimum zu reduzieren. Bitte KEINE Bestellungen an Packstationen, da diese nicht beliefert werden können.

Pakete werden gewöhnlich innerhalb von 5 Werktagen nach Deutschland und innerhalb von 10 Werktagen in andere Länder geliefert. Allerdings können Verzögerungen auftreten, wir bitten Sie daher um Geduld, bis ihre Sendung Sie erreicht.

Falls für Ihre Sendung eine Zollerklärung erforderlich ist, werden wir diese dem Paket hinzufügen.

Wann trifft meine Ware ein?

Die meisten kleineren Artikel werden per Luftpost versendet und erreichen Sie mit der normalen täglichen Postzustellung.

Wann versenden Sie meine Ware?

Wenn Sie vor 12 Uhr mittags bestellt und bezahlt haben, werden wir den Artikel noch am selben Tag abschicken (Montag – Freitag, ausgenommen Feiertage).

Falls Ihre Bestellung später eintrifft, versuchen wir unser Bestes, sie noch am selben Tag zu verschicken. Bestellungen, die nach 12 Uhr mittags eingehen, können möglicherweise nicht mehr versendet werden, da wir uns an den Zeitplan unseres Dienstleisters halten müssen. Wenn Sie eine Bestellung nach 12 Uhr mittags aufgeben, sollten Sie davon ausgehen, dass Ihr Artikel unser Lagerhaus am folgenden Werktag verlässt.

Sobald Ihre Ware versendet wurde, erhalten Sie eine automatische Bestätigung per E-Mail.

Was ist in den Versand- und Verpackungskosten enthalten?

Les articles de moins de 2 kg à destination de la France sont expédiés par avion et livrés par La Poste. Les articles de plus de 2 kg sont expédiés en recommandé via DPD. L’expédition standard par avion ne vous offre aucune garantie de dédommagement en cas de perte ou de retard. Nous pouvons vous fournir une assurance, moyennant un supplément. Chez The Hubs, nous faisons tout notre possible pour que vos commandes vous soient livrées rapidement. Il n’y a qu’à lire les commentaires pour en être convaincu ! Nos clients reçoivent généralement leurs articles sous 3 à 5 jours ouvrés en choisissant l’envoi par avion ; cependant, un retard est toujours possible, particulièrement lors des périodes de forte activité telles que Noël.
