Stock items returned to us for credit or refund will be accepted subject to the following conditions.
New stock items, which are returned within 7 days of the original invoice date and are deemed, to be "fit for resale" will be credited in full. New stock items, which are returned after 7 days of the original invoice date and are deemed, to be "fit for resale" will be credited less a handling charge. New items that have been specially ordered and then subsequently returned and are deemed, "fit for resale" will be credited less a handling charge. Any items returned to us which require re-packaging or cleaning will be subject to an additional charge We will not issue a credit for any items deemed to be "unfit for resale".
