Delivery for UK customers
UK Standard Delivery:
The cost of UK Standard Delivery is £3.5 and your order will be sent out via Royal Mail and a signature may be required on receipt. Deliveries will be made within 2 working days excluding weekends after you place your order. We do not deliver on a bank holiday. In this instance please expect your delivery on the next working day.
If you are not available to receive the parcel the driver will leave a card with the details of how to collect your parcel from the depot, or how to arrange for a re-delivery.
UK Next Day Delivery:
The cost of Next Day Delivery is £6.5.
The following are important information about our UK Next Day Delivery service:
If you order by 2pm, Monday to Thursday, you will receive your goods the next day.
If you order after 2 pm/Thursday until 2pm/Friday, your will receive your goods on Monday.
If you order after 2pm/Friday and anytime in the weekend, you will receive your goods on Tuesday.
Any orders placed on a Bank Holiday will be delivered a working day later.
We do not deliver on a Bank Holiday so please be aware of any impending ones when you order!

Delivery for International customers
International shipping takes approximately 3-5 working days for EU countries and 5-7 days for non EU countries. Cost is subject to weight, starting from £6.5.
Shipping will be automatically calculated at the checkout page when both the delivery destination and service option is selected.
Any customs or import duties may be charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.
Return your item(s)
Please contact us via ebay message before you return your item(s). You need to indicate whether you want a refund or exchange. Please tell us the product number, colour and size for the item you want to exchange to.
Please contact us and ship your item(s) back to us within 7 days of receipt, we do NOT accept returned item(s) exceeding the required returning time.
Certain items including made to measure items are not eligible to refund or exchange. We reserve the right to refuse refunds on items if the product is in such a condition that the item needs to be reduced in price for resale.
Please ensure you return your item(s) in its original condition. When trying on items of clothing, please ensure that you are not wearing makeup, perfume or deodorant, as we are unable to accept an item where there is evidence that the item has been worn, damaged, or if it has a scent or mark on it.
We will not refund or exchange an item if the tag has been remove.
We recommend returning the item(s) by registered/insured post as we will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred whilst returns are held by third parties.
We are not liable for the postage fee for the return of item(s).
Refund
We will refund you what you paid for the item(s) but not the delivery charge. Refunds will be made once the item(s) is received by us and a confirmation e-mail will be sent to you. Your refund will be credited to the same card or PayPal account with which you made your original payment. Refunds can take 7-14 working days to show in your account.
Exchange
Please contact us via ebay message tell us the product number, colour and size for the item you want to exchange to.
We will process the exchange in 3 business days when the item(s) is received by us and a confirmation e-mail will be sent to you. Exchange item(s) is subject to stock availability. When an item is out of stock we will let you know and it may take up to 30 days to deliver.
Faulty/Damaged Items
We check out items very carefully before dispatch. However in the very unlikely case you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us via ebay message. Faulty/Damaged item(s) must be reported to us within 2 working days of receipt by message, quoting your item and whether you require a refund or a replacement. Then please return your item following our return policy.
We will refund your postage of faulty/damaged item(s), please enclose your proof of postage when you send your parcel back. |
