If you order weighs over 2kg and there is more than one item they will be sent in separate packages See delivery page for details on delivery.


International Orders

We dispatch international orders via Royal Mail Airmail unless the total weight of your order is more than 2kgs, in which case we may send all items separately with Royal Mail or at our discretion we will send your order either with Interlink. See Delivery page for further details on delivery.


Is my order tracked?

All orders sent via Interlink are tracked. Those sent via Royal mail are not.


Can I request a time slot for my delivery by courier?

The one hour delivery timeslot is an estimated time and there is no option on times.


Where is my delivery?

All our delivery timescales are estimated however there are times where the item has been delayed or lost in transit. Royal Mail UK deliveries are not classed as missing until 10 working days has elapsed and Royal Mail International deliveries are not classed as missing until 25 working days has elapsed. If you have not received your item after these timescales please contact us so that we can investigate further.


I have ordered more than one bean bag and only received one?

Due to the size and weight of bean bags we send these in individual parcels therefore you should receive the rest of your delivery shortly. However follow the delivery timescales guidelines to ensure your item is not lost.


Is there any additional Postage cost to UK Offshore and Outer Hebrides postcodes?

Deliveries to some Offshore, UK and Outer Hebrides postcodes may incur further postage costs. Please allow extra time for these deliveries as there may be delays due to the location.


Can I track my item?

If you wish to have your item tracked please select the Express Delivery (Other 24 Hour Courier).
The courier used is Interlink next day delivery service.


What are your payment methods?

We accept payment via PayPal, Sage Pay, Visa, MasterCard and Visa Electron.


How will I receive my refund?

Refunds are issued through the same way you purchase the item via PayPal, Amazon, or card payment. The time scales on when you receive your refund may vary see details below:


PayPal - If you have a PayPal account and have paid through this a refund would show instantly in your account. If however, you have paid with a card through PayPal depending on type a debit card would be within your account within 10 working days and credit card would show on your next subsequent statement.

Amazon or Card - If you have paid with a debit card it would show in your account within 10 working days. If you used a credit card it would show on your next subsequent statement.

What is your best price for this item? Do you offer discounts?

As all of our items are already priced as competitively as they can be, we are unable to offer further discounts.

I have received a faulty item – what do I do now?

In the unlikely event that your item reaches you in a faulty condition, please contact our customer service team and we will work to resolve any issues. Your statutory rights are not affected.


The product image shows more items than I have received – why is this?

Our product images display our products in the best way possible. This sometimes includes accessories within the same range which are available for purchase separately. Please ensure you read the wording in the listing and choose the items you require from the drop down box.


While we endeavour to make our product images as accurate as possible, we cannot be held responsible for design or colour variations.


How much filling would I need for my bean bag cover?

For a Large beanbag you will need 3 cubic feet. For extra large or chair you will need 16 cubic feet.


Why can’t I place my order?

Unfortunately we are unable to see why you are unable to place an order therefore you will need to contact either EBay or Amazon Customer Support for further assistance.


Bedding sizes

All our bedding is standard UK measurements for Single, Double, King Size and Super King duvet covers and sheets.
