UK Orders

Economy Delivery (Royal Mail 48) – our economy delivery service is free of charge within the UK.
We use Royal Mail 48 for economy deliveries.
We expect most orders to arrive within 2-3 working days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Standard Delivery (Royal Mail 24) - our Standard delivery service is £1.95 within the UK.We use Royal Mail 24 for Standard 
deliveries. We expect most orders to arrive within 1-2 working days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

If multiple items are ordered together only one charge will be applied to the whole order. (excluding bean bags and Flair rugs)
Express Delivery (Other 24 Hour Courier) – our Express Delivery service is £4.95. We use Interlink Next Day delivery with a 
1 Hour Time slot. 

To ensure an efficient delivery, postal codes & mobile telephone numbers must be provided. (UK Postcode restrictions apply). 
Please note, weekends and public holidays are not included in the next day service. Items dispatched on a Friday will be due 
for delivery on the next available working day.

Orders placed before 2pm will be dispatched the same day Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays.
Larger items will be delivered via our courier and will require a signature.


International Orders

We dispatch international orders via Royal Mail Airmail unless the total weight of your order is more than 2kgs, in which 
case we could send all items separately with Royal Mail or at our discretion we will send your order either with Interparcel 
or DPD.

Larger orders sent with a courier other than Royal Mail will be tracked.
We expect most orders to arrive within 5-10 working days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
 

Where is my delivery?

Royal Mail UK deliveries are not classed as missing until 10 working days has elapsed. 
Royal Mail International deliveries are not classed as missing until 25 working days has elapsed.
Please contact us after this time if you have still not received your order.

Is there any additional Postage cost to UK Offshore and Outer Hebrides postcodes?

Deliveries to some Offshore, UK and Outer Hebrides postcodes may incur further postage costs. 
Please allow extra time for these deliveries as there may be delays due to the location.


Can I track my item?

Please select the Express Delivery (Other 24 Hour Courier) service if you wish to track your item. 
The courier used is Interlink next day delivery service.


What are your payment methods?

We accept payment via Paypal, Sage Pay, Visa, Mastercard and Visa Electron.
 

What is your best price for this item? Do you offer discounts?

As all of our items are already priced as competitively as they can be, we are unable to offer further discounts.


Can I combine my shipping costs?

We are sometimes able to offer combined shipping discounts for international orders.
Please contact our Customer Service team to see if your order is eligible for a combined shipping discount.
 
How do I return my item?

You can return your item to us for any reason within 28 days as long as it is in perfect condition, unused, 
unwashed and in all of its original packaging.

Items are to be returned at your own expense.

We recommend that you obtain a proof of posting receipt from the Post Office when returning items to us at:

I have received a faulty item – what do I do now?

In the unlikely event that your item reaches you in a faulty condition, please contact our customer service 
team and we will work to resolve any issues on a case by case basis.

Your statutory rights are not affected.

The product image shows more items than I have received – why is this?

Our product images display our products in the best way possible. This sometimes includes accessories 
within the same range which are available for purchase separately.

Please read the wording in the listing and choose the items you require from the drop down box.

While we endeavour to make our product images as accurate as possible, we cannot be held responsible 
for design or colour variations.
