Feedback.
As you can see my feedback stands just short of 100% positive, it would have been 100% but for three customers who left me negative comments; 1. Item not as described . 2. Item not as picture 3. Item not delivered(parcel returned to me with comment; could not deliver) All three did not give me a chance to explain or make reparation. Please think very carefully before leaving negative feedback this is my business. Should you have a complaint and after all we are all human and rarely mistakes do happen please get in touch and I will sort it out. The customer is always right!
Item Description.
I endeavour to describe items as correctly as possible. However shot taffeta is very difficult to photograph I can take six snaps of the same item and they will all be a different shade; I select the one that best represents the item. Should you require larger amounts of any item in my ebay shop please get in touch (discounts apply)
Post and Packing.
Fabric comes in all weights some are as much as 6.0 metre's to the kilo others as little as 2.0 metre's to the kilo. I am very concious of the price of postage, on many items I offer P&P free of charge. If you feel you have an issue with P&P please get in touch. Combined P&P is available on all items.
