Delivery

Most of our items have free shipping, for the few where shipping is charged the following rules have been set up; Our Delivery charge varies according to the weight of the item, for multiple purchases simply pay for the most expensive delivery charge and every item there after is just £1.00 up to a maximum of £10.00. We may charge more for large tents & Awnings.

In stock item will be sent out to you within 1 working day, you can expect delivery of your goods as follows;

DPD: Next working Day (2 Days for Scotland)
Royal Mail Second Class: 2 to 3 Working Days
Royal Mail Packet Post: 2 to 3 Working Days Please note that these timings are an estimate only.

If the goods are lost or damaged in transit, please let us know promptly.

Cancellation & Returns

This policy does not apply to the following goods, which are exempt from the right to cancel:
Any product purchased through E-bay Auction listings.

You can cancel your contract at any time up to 7 working days after the day of delivery. To do this, please e-mail us or write to us. You do not have to give any reason for cancellation. However, a brief explanation will help us to improve the service we offer to customers in the future.

If you cancel, you must return the goods to us at your own expense. You must ensure that the goods are packaged adequately to protect against damage. If you fail to return the goods, we will collect them, and we will charge you the direct cost of collection. If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us, and your actions result in damage or deterioration, we will charge you for the reduction in value.

This cancellation policy does not affect your legal rights, for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed.
