DELIVERY
 

All items will be dispatched within 1 working day of receiving cleared payment.

We offer two UK delivery services at the moment: standard delivery and express delivery.

Unless otherwise requested all items will be sent via Royal Mail Tracked delivery and will normally arrive within 1-2 working days.  

Special Delivery items will be delivered by 1pm the next working day (you will be required to make your purchase before 3.00pm for Special Delivery).

International orders will be dispatched with Royal Mail International Signed For and will normally arrive within 5-7 working days.

As soon as your order has been processed and dispatched we shall forward you an email confirming the tracking number.

If nobody is available to accept the parcel a card will be left and your item will be held at your local Royal Mail depot for collection. Please take your card (along with a form of ID) and collect the item from your local depot within 5 working days or the item will be returned to us.

Not received your item?

If you have not received your item please click on the link below and enter your tracking details or contact us via eBay’s messenger system and we shall check the status of your parcel.

If you are unable to collect your item from your local depot, they will be returned to us in which case please email us and we shall arrange for re-delivery (please note, you will be required to pay an additional postage charge to have the items resent).

Alternative delivery address.

If you wish to have your items sent to an alternative address please email us as soon as soon as you have made your purchase confirming the alternative address and we shall dispatch your items accordingly. This service is only for UK customers.
