If you feel that the product description is inaccurate, please inform me within 3 days of receiving the item of your intention to return it (any problems can only be sorted out through communication!). Exchange or refund will only be given on receipt of the undamaged, unused item. I will refund the price of the product and the P+P that you paid on that product, however refunds will not be given for return postage.If your item doesn’t arrive with me within 14 days of you returning it, and you haven’t obtained proof of postage, I will assume you have changed your mind and have decided to keep it.
Items despatched by Royal Mail - All items are in perfect condition when I despatch them, so if for some reason your item(s) arrives damaged, please email me within 3 days of receipt and return it, unused, with its ORIGINAL packaging so that I can claim against Royal Mail. Exchange or refund will only be given on receipt of the item(s).
Items despatched by courier - Please contact us at tabsselections@yahoo.co.uk within 3 days of receipt for further instruction on returning your item(s).
