If you have a problem with your item within the first 7 days of purchase, please contact us. Items reported as faulty within this period must be returned in their original packaging, complete with all supplied accessories/paperwork etc. Incomplete items will not be exchanged or refunded. Return of faulty items must be via a trackable method in order for a refund to be given. All returned items will be fully tested and inspected for any signs of misuse. Items identified as such will not be exchanged or refunded. Damaged goods must be reported to us within 24 hours of receipt of the item. If packaging is damaged on arrival please advise the courier. PHOTOGRAPHIC EVIDENCE OF FAULTY OR DAMAGED PURCHASES MUST BE SUPPLIED BEFORE ANY REFUND OR REPLACEMENT IS ISSUED. THIS CAN BE DONE VIA OUR EMAIL ADDRESS. Unfortunately we do not refund return postage costs and items returned due to customers error when purchasing will be charged a 25% re-stocking fee.
