business days but Royal Mail say it can take up to seven business days
depending on the delivery service in your area. It is important to let
us know if your order does not arrive in this time frame.
We offer a Get it Fast service (24 hour Next day UK mainland only) on
most products, please see product listings for details and prices.
If items are too large for your letterbox and you are out when the
postman attempts to deliver they maybe returned to your local delivery
office, not all postman leave a
card. Please contact your local
delivery office if you think this could have happened. Orders paid for by
12 Noon are dispatched on the same day;

We dispatch all orders within 24hours of receiving your cleared
payment. All orders are sent by AIR MAIL Small Packet Service unless
otherwise specified. Most deliveries normally take between 5-14
business days to arrive, quote Royal Mail, but this will depend on your
delivery system and the exact location. During holiday periods and the
lead up to Christmas etc there maybe delays, please take this in to
consideration.
The buyer is responsible for any custom charges that
maybe due in the country of delivery.

We are an established business so we can offer you peace of mind with
our returns policy. Please contact us if you are not 100% happy with
your purchase and we will try to help. Also we would appreciate it if
you do not leave feedback before contacting us so that any problems can
be rectified. All products are new and in good working order when
dispatched. Any product that is found to be faulty within the warranty
period will be refunded or replaced at our discretion. It is the
responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the product purchased is
compatible with their existing equipment. The product should be
returned to us in the same condition as it was received.
Return Postage:
If the product is found to be faulty within the warranty period then we
will cover the return postage, if you are returning a product for any
other reason, please contact us first for advice. The buyer (customer) will
be responsible for paying the return postage if your order is being
returned for any other reason.
Any returns should be marked for the attention of the Returns
Department and a note should be included giving the reason for return.
We suggest that you obtain a prof of postage from the Post Office.The

right to cancel an order and notify us of their intent to return the
order to us "within thirty (30) calendar days" of receipt. We abide by
