Payment Methods

Shipping
We ship International.

All auction items must be paid in full, funds cleared (including price, shipping & handling) for goods to be despatched

Standard processing time is 5 working days from receipt of payment, however this may change due to demand.

There is £6 surcharge for deliveries to some post-codes beginning with AB, BT, FK, G, HS, IM, IV, KA, KW, PA, PH, PO, TR, ZE, DD, ETC. UK - Highlands & Islands. Contact before bid.

Collections
If you are arranging your item to be picked by your own courier, or collecting the item in person, there will be a £5 charge to cover administrative time and handling. This NOT include any packing materials.

Warranty
Items which are sold without warranty for spares, repair etc non refundable / non returnable

Customer is responsible for carriage.

No warranty on Batteries - DOA only if reported within 24 hours of receipt

PC's Laptops warranty cover hardware only, the warranty doeas not cover any software issues, file corruption, internet setup etc.

Attention ! Item's warranty become Void:

We check all our item before sending out, If you received an broken item or missing item, Please kindly keep all the package material, Take photo and send to us within 48hrs and we will try our best to solve the problems.

1. If damage is caused by : Undue wear and tear, dirt, misused, improper, installation or operation, neglect, accident.

2. If the warranty seal is removed or damage.

3. If item was opened, removed any part of the item or repaired by unauthorized person.

Return Policy
We charge a re-stocking fee of 15% of the item final price in the event that items are returned through no fault of our own (failed deliveries which are no longer wanted or purchases made in error etc.)

Unwanted goods Under Distance Selling Regulations buyers have a legal 7-day cooling off period. If you do not want the goods please contact us for return information. Goods must be returned in an undamaged condition in original sealed packing. We will refund the value of the goods only (less any retesting fee), not the shipping charge. Second User items will be charged a £5 retesting fee.

we do put warranty stickers on our products and will only accept items back if the warranty seal is still intact. Items returned with no warranty seal will not be returned until payment for repostage of £4.99 is paid.
