Q: What should I do after I have won an item?
A:You can "check out" and pay for the item. Postages are stated clearly in every listing, please add postage if you check out yourself. You can also wait for our invoice sent to your email within 24 hours.You can check out and pay through the link in our email. We strongly recommend you to wait for our invoice if you are not sure about postage cost, especially for multiple items.
Q: Can I pick up the item i won?
A: Sorry, there is no pickup available for all auction items. We can organize pickup for some oversize parcels. However, if you need an item urgently, please email us before confirm purchase, a pickup fee may apply.
Q: Why can't I check out multiple items
A: 1.Items are too large that cannot be combined. 2.Items shipped via International air mail wont be combined3. Items must be purchased/won under the same person/ebay ID and shipped to same address 4.All combine items should be won and checked out together within 5 days
Q: How much discount can I get for multiple items purchase
A: Different items have different combined postage discount policy. please check item listing description detail for combine postage.We will consider to reduce the postage even more for mixed purchases such as small spare parts, please email us.
Q: How to leave Feedback
A: Positive feedback will be left austomatically for buyers who left positive feedback for us. Please contact us if you are not happy with your purchase.

Q: Can I play your RC boats in sea water?
A: you can use in salty water. just need to rinse with fresh water and dry properly.
Q: I received my helicopter but it is missing one connection buckle, only one connected with balance bar?
A: Most RC helicopters are designed with only 1 connection buckle.It provides more flexibility for balance bar.
Q: Do you supply wall chargers for your products to suit other countries' standards?
A: Sorry, all the wall chargers are Australian standard 240V 3 pins flat. We currently dont supply chargers of other standards
Q: How do I get more technical specs of an item?
A: Most available technical data are already stated in the item description and specification. You are welcomed to email us if you want to know more about the item

Q: What reference do I need to leave if I choose to pay via bank deposit
A: Please always leave your "ebay user ID" as payment reference. If your ebay user ID contains "dash" ,"underscore" or any signs can not be used as reference, please leave the rest letters in your user ID as reference and email us after you've made payment
Q: If teller unable to put my ebay id as reference or put the wrong reference, what should I do
A: Please email us the payment date, total amount paid and your bank Bsb Number so we can identify your payment.
Q: Where can I find the Bank BSB number you ask for
A: The BSB number is the last four digits number of your own accound BSB if you paid via your online banking. If payment was made over the counter, please find the BSB on your bank receipt. It could help if you can tell us the suburb where the bank located in.
Q: When do I need to pay for my item
A: We prefer payment to be made ASAP so we can organize delivery quickly and you can get your item sooner. Payment is required within 7 days after purchase/win an item.
Q: How do I get refund
A: 1.All item comes with a 30-days warranty. Q: if I need to change delivery address and ship item to my friend what should I do
A: Please email us directly to superandcheaper@hotmail.com to change delivery address. Please email us the address change prior you pay for the item, your item could be shipped any time after payment received, it could be too late to change address.

A: We do for most items. Street address is required for some oversize items.
Q: How long does the delivery take?
A: Sydney Metro 1-2 working days, rest of NSW, ACT and Vic 2-3 working days SA, TAS 3-5 working days.QLD:3-4 working days. WA and NT: 5-7 working days. This is an average delivery time, we do not guarantee a particular date of item arrival especially during holiday peak seasons.
Q: Do you ship item via express post, I need item urgently?

A: Damage on Arrival (DOA) Warranty: This warranty only apply to goods which arrive broken or appear to be not in good working order on initial usage. Any physical damage on the item after play will not be treat as DOA item
Q: Who should pay for the return postage once DOA happen
A: If DOA does occur, buyer should pay return postage and keep item in original package.We will fix or replace and send back to customer. Shipping and handling fee is non-refundable
Q: What is your manufacturer warranty policy
A: This item comes with 30 days warranty against manufacturer defects from the date of invoice We accept NO responsibility for after- play damages, improper installation or customer modified items Return items which are non-defective are subject to a 20% restocking fee
Q: What is the process of return a DOA item
A: 1. Returns must be authorized by the seller prior to their return. 2. Buyers must follow the returns instruction provided by the seller. 3.
