All payment methods are accepted including credit and debit cards. Card payments are accepted through "PayPal", an international market leader in secure payment transactions.  Cheque payments do not normally have to wait for clearance, unless it is for high value goods.

Delivery charges are specified on each item page. Separate charges are stated for United Kingdom, Europe & Worldwide.

All goods are despatched within 24 hours of payment. Goods can be sent immediately if urgent.  

Refunds & returns

Each purchase comes with a no quibble refund*, including postage.  

*Exception to this rule follows the 'Retail Industry Standard':- Any new item with a security seal that has been opened cannot be returned for a refund.
All new items have a 12 months manufacturer's guarantee.
