On most listings we offer a Royal mail option or a Courier option. We always recommend using the courier option for the following reasons:

• Guaranteed 24 Hour Delivery
• Fully track able delivery information to your email supplied.
• 1 hour delivery slot time to your email
• Will re deliver the next day if not in (same address only)

24 hour Service
We will dispatch anything ordered before 2.30 pm same working day if not it will be dispatched next working day. (Please note the service doesn’t work bank holidays) Therefore:

Order Monday before 2.30pm get Tuesday

Order Tuesday before 2.30pm get Wednesday

Order Wednesday before 2.30pm get Thursday

Order Thursday before 2.30pm get Friday

Order Friday before 2.30pm get Monday

If you live in following postcodes, BT,IV,AB,PA,PH,ZE,KA,KW,GY JE, or other highlands then we can’t use the courier service and it will be sent using Royal Mail and won’t be a Next day Service.

Royal Mail and International
We dispatch items same working day before 2.30pm if not it will be next working day. We send everything recorded unless specified. Delivery times are dependent on Royal Mail and out of our control once we have dispatched the item.  We send all International using the service Signed for so we can trace parcels. Delivery times are dependent on country and all information for this can be found on Royal Mail website.
