Returns
We will accept items back within 14 days of purchase and must be in a reseller able condition i.e.) in original packaging, original tags, original box with no writing on.
Refunds
Please request a refund on Resolution Centre (Account Tab); we will accept the request within opening hours of Mon-Fri 9am till 4pm. This will then provide our returns address. Please post back to us within 72 hours otherwise we can’t accept return. Once received we will refund back to PayPal account minus postage originally paid. Please note it is customers’ responsibility to get the item safely back to us and we can’t reimburse the postage.
Exchanges
Please use Resolution Centre to return your item as a refund, and then purchase at any point the new required Size or Item via our eBay shop. Please note we use this procedure to ensure you have eBay protection throughout the transaction.
