Choosing Your Bibs

Customers can pick any design that we have in stock.

The photos at the top are for display and we may not have the same designs in stock.

The bibs we have in stock are displayed in the body of the listing.

We will email you shortly after purchase (please check your spam folder) if you follow the link on the emails it will take you to a page where you can select the designs you want.

Returns Policy

We have a no quibble return policy if you are not happy with your purchase for any reason at all; we are happy to exchange or refund you in full.

You have up to 2 months to make up your mind, as long as the item is unused with original tags or in original packaging.

Please return the purchase, within 60 days. Or in the unlikely event that an item is defective in any way please advise us within a reasonable time and send to: Funky Giraffe Bibs. 232 Shootershill road, Greenwich, London, SE3 8UW Upon receipt we will refund the price of your purchase to the original card details or exchange it for another design depending on your instructions.

Please note that we are unable to reimburse the cost of postage if the item is being return because of a change of mind. This return policy is in addition to your legal rights and does not does not affect your statutory rights in anyway.


Late/Missing Parcels

We strive our utmost to get orders sent out as quickly as well can. Unfortunately parcels do go missing in the post, but don’t worry we never abandon our customers.

UK, EU & Australian Addresses

Under our terms with Royal Mail who normally carriers our packages, we need to give them 15 business days to make the delivery, from the date of dispatch. Unfortunately before that there is nothing we can do. After 15 business days, please send a email or eBay message to us stating that the parcel has not arrived, and we can put in a claim.

Rest of World

Please can you give us 20 Business days before advising us that the package has not arrived.


Feedback

We love feedback and it’s a really big thing for a little company. We automatically leave feedback once you give us a positive.

If there is a problem, we really do appreciate the opportunity to put it right, we very occasionally do make mistakes, but we are good at putting things right, please give us that opportunity.
