TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Our T&Cs are set out below. If you do not agree with them please do not bid/buy.

PERSONAL COLLECTIONS

Due to insurance restrictions we are unable to facilitate collections from our warehouse. All our items are sent out by courier or Royal mail upon clearance of funds.

REFUNDS

  • Refunds will only be made if you contact us first and return the goods within 14 days of purchase. See our returns procedure.
  • Please remember that we can only refund the cost of the product.
  • Postage charges are NON- REFUNDABLE.
  • Non-insured items may only be refunded solely at our discretion.
  • Paypal – Refunds can only be made directly to the Paypal account that was used to pay us.

    Any variance to our refund policy is solely at our discretion.

    LOST ITEMS

    If your goods are being delivered to you by Royal mail standard post or Recorded Delivery we can not be held responsible for items lost in the post. Any refunds made will be solely at our discretion. For small goods we strongly advise you to opt for special delivery, which offers compensation for loss or damage. Larger goods will be sent to you via our couriers and will be traceable and insured to £300 up to a maximum weight of 25kg. If a higher level of insurance is required then please contact us.

    WARRANTY

    Stuff Plus warrants that it will, at it's option, replace or repair or refund the purchase price of any Product supplied by Stuff Plus in which under normal and proper use defects appear, subject to the claim being made as outlined in our returns procedures and are suitably packaged and carriage paid.

    FEEDBACK

    Our system automatically returns feedback once it is left for us.

    SECOND CHANCE OFFERS

    We do not send “second chance” offers. If you receive one, then it is NOT from us and you should ignore it.

    GENERAL INFORMATION

  • Please do not ask us to ship to a different address. We will only ship to the address shown on your ebay/Paypal account.
  • Once you receive your item please remember to leave us feedback. We will do the same for you
  • Please include your name, user ID and item number on all communications.
  • Technical enquiries by email only.
  • If you should experience any problems with your transaction please contact us first before leaving negative feedback. We will do our best to resolve any problems as quickly as possible. Remember we are here to help.
