All our machines are supplied with a limited 12month manufactures warranty in the unlikely event you encounter a problem with a machine then it is our policy for you to return it to us at your cost this is standard procedure for internet sales of this nature.We will of course endeavor to return/replace any item as soon as it has been inspected, Strimmer Parts will pay for the return postage .
