Shipping

UK Customers Pay no P&P. It’s all included within the item price. Your order/s will be delivered to you using second class recorded mail unless you choose the first class option. You will be emailed a tracking number once your item/s has been posted. Your order may be tracked on the Royal Mail website.

European Customers Your order will be delivered to you using international signed for priority mail. A signature will be required upon delivery. You will emailed a tracking number once your item/s has been posted your order may be tracked on the Royal Mail website.

Rest of The World Your order will be delivered to you using international signed for priority mail. A signature will be required upon delivery. You will emailed a tracking number once your item/s has been posted your order may be tracked on the Royal Mail website.

stickysticky ship with Royal Mail in good faith and obtain proof of posting and a tracking number for all Packages posted. All UK items should arrive within 3-4 days of dispatch and 7-14 days for international orders although delays do occur which are beyond our control. In such cases we request buyers wait a minimum of 10 working days from dispatch before contacting stickysticky (20 working days for international orders). We will then make further enquiries with Royal Mail. In event of a missing item we will request compensation from royal mail on buyer’s behalf and dispatch a replacement or refund when compensation claim is completed in accordance with Royal Mails compensation policy & timescales.

Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with you purchases and we expect that you will but. But every now and again you may need to return something to us. Your order may be cancelled and return it to us within 7days of the date you receive the item providing that products remain in there original condition, completely unused, with its original undamaged packaging and suitable for resale.

The buyer is still responsible for the product until they reach us so we recommend that you use a secure delivery service that is tracked and requires a signature upon receipt

Refunds will be made within 48 hours of your order being cancelled and the goods with original receipt reaching us.
