| A:We Do use USPS mail for maost orders. First class is any order under 13 oz., Priority is a faster service and starts at $5.20 domestic and Express is 1-2 day delivery starting at $18.95 domestic. International first class is orders up to 4 Lb., Priority,$14.95 and up, and Express, $28.954 and up, international is for any weight. |

| A:Yes we do combine shipping and only charge for the actual weight of the items with no handling fees. If you do decide to purchase, please don't pay as you go and when your finished shopping please request a invoice. We will combine the order and send a invoice with 3 USPS shipping choices of first class, Priority, and Express. |

| A:If paying with PayPal, save the shipping confirmation email. With this email you can print a free return label. All purchases can be exchanged or returned for a or full refund. We strive to complete orders correctly and shipped on time. If your order is not complete or not what you wanted, please message us so we can correct it. |

| A:We combine shipping and do not have a handling fee. If you have purchased more than 1 item we will send a invoice with the combined orders and 3 shipping choices of price to speed. Please feel free to look it over and always message back if you have any questions. |

| A:Shipping fees are the total weight of the items in the order. It is calculated by the USPS weight system. We do charge for handling fees. If shipping is higher than the actual price when shipped we refund the difference. |

| A:Yes, we mail internationally. We use Global Priority for most orders, but if we find a cheaper rate it will be reflected in the invoice |

| A:Please contact us, especially if it has been 14 days domestic or 31 days international. All of our shipments come with delivery confirmation so we can track your package and let you the expected time for delivery |
| Q:Can I use any of these dyes or paints to redo my leather furniture? |

| A:It is not recommended to use any of these dyes or paints to redo leather furniture or garment leather. There are certain products available in the market that might be appropriate for doing this but we do not carry any of them at this time. |
