The majority of orders are usually shipped out within 48hrs of payment received (Mon-Fri)

Please note: We do not dispatch on the weekends so Friday orders will usually ship out on a Monday-Tuesday the following week.

There are times when we may oversell on a product, in this case we there will be a delay in dispatch while we source your item elsewhere. If we are unable to get more from our suppliers unfortunately we will have to cancel your order.

The postal services we use are TNT and Royal mail for UK orders, International orders are shipped by Airmail. We also use Recorded/ Special Delivery and Courier services for larger products or items with high values. (You will not be charged extra for these services)

TNT Standard mail – 3-4 working days

Rest of world - 7-10 Working days

Unfortunately we cannot guarantee the speed of the postal services, we ask UK customer to allow up to 7 days and International customers 14 days for delivery before reporting an item as missing.

Please allow short delays during Seasonal and Bank Holidays.
