When you leave feedback please take into consideration the following: When you
complete the detailed sellers rating, low scores impacts on our business, by
leaving positive feedback with low seller ratings the end result is the same as
leaving negative feedback, please do not give us low seller ratings without
contacting us first. Without knowing why we get low ratings we cannot improve
our service, we welcome any way we can improve our service.
OUR DETAILED SELLER RATINGS EXPLAINED
Item as described:
We give a detailed description of all our items.
If you require more information please contact us, we are happy to inspect or
measure any item for you. If you feel the description could be different (eg
sizing) we welcome your input.
Communication:
We aim to answer all questions within 1-2 hours,
most are answered within minutes, this is our business not a hobby and as an
internet business we know how important it is to communicate with our customers.
Dispatch Time:
All our items are posted with one working day of
cleared payment. Royal Mail are usually very efficient but at certain times
there may be delays. Extreme weather conditions and higher numbers of post for
example at Christmas may cause delays. Also sometimes deliveries are just
delayed, we have no control over your purchase after it has been posted but we
will do our best to resolve any problems with your deliveries.
Postage and Packaging Charges:
All our
items are posted first class, delivery is within 1-2 working days. We do not post anything second class. We use quality packing materials and boxes
where necessary, so your items arrive quickly and in good condition. FREE
POSTING INCURES EXTRA EBAY FEES and we feel that our charges are
competitive and fair and enables us to combine postage. When several items are purchased we can
easily pop smaller items in with bigger items free of charge.
We pride
