Deliveries And Returns

SHS Ltd want nothing more than for you to be completely content with your purchases. Please be certain before purchasing as we can not offer refunds or cancellations due to each item being made individually to order.
When signing for the item on the Night freight delivery form please mark as "unchecked", If after unpacking the item you notice any damage please inform us within 48hours and we will organise a replacement. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us, if the item is found faulty we will refund the postage.

Standard delivery is 4 – 5 working days and is FREE, rails can be made sooner if required (a fee may apply for this)

We are unable to despatch your handrail without a daytime contact number, as we need to call to arrange a delivery date before despatch. If we despatch your rail and nobody is available to receive it, the rail will be returned to us and a redelivery charge will apply
