What is your refund policy?
Returns are accepted within 7 working days. The best way to contact us is by email in order to gain a full refund. Any postage costs incurred by you when returning the product are non-refundable.
If the product has a defect in anyway we simply ask for an image to be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org showing the damage/fault along with your contact details, user ID and order reference, if known. Once we receive the image we can offer a free replacement or a full refund.
If you wish to return your product please email email@example.com or through eBay messaging providing your contact details, user ID and order reference if known.
When will I receive my refund?
We aim to process all refunds to your PayPal account as soon as the goods are returned back to us. This usually takes between 2-5 working days once we have received your return.
