Returns
You can, for any reason, return your item for a full refund. Subject to the following
You return it within 14 days from receipt (the law states 7 days - we are happy to double this)
Your item arrived back complete, unused and undamaged and with its original packing where appropriate
All we ask is: Please enclose a note stating the following
The name used to make your purchase
The address to which we delivered your item
A contact telephone number (occasionally a quick call can speedily resolve any questions)
The reason for your return
What you want us to do (Replace - Refund - Upgrade - different size/colour/type etc)
On arrival with us
Your item will be booked into our system and inspected. If there are any further questions we will get back in touch with you, but failing that, your refund will be returned through the system that you originally used to make your payment.
You are also covered by a warranty against faults and manufacturing defects for 12 months from purchase
This does not cover items damaged by wind or weather, or wear and tear
