Delivery
Your order will be shipped by courier, on a next working day delivery
service.
(Except where posted with 1st Class Royal Mail, or on a
pallet for heavy items, ie Stoves)
Orders are collected from us each weekday at about 3pm, for delivery
to you on the next working day Where your order is placed before about 2pm, you can expect to receive
your parcel on the next working day
Someone will need to be in to sign for your delivery, but if you can't
be there, please let us have an alternative address where there will be
someone, or tell us about any neighbours who can help.
You can also notify a secure location for your parcel to be left, at
you own risk
Once your order is completed, if you wish to change anything, please
call us on 01543 473 344 (see open house below) Do not email, as our first job each day is to
despatch your orders, and only after we have done this will we be able to
read your email
In the rare event of your parcel arriving damaged:
Please either refuse your parcel, or take it and sign the couriers documents, clearly stating that you have received it damaged
It is a good idea to straight away take a picture of any damage to the packaging and you item
Email telling us what the problem is. If you can attach pictures to your email this will help us speedily resolve your issue with the minimum of inconvenience to you
