About Us
We are a small company based in an old barn on a farm in rural Staffordshire
We use a wealth of experience to find and bring to you great products from all over the world
We ship them direct from their factories and by using our own storage and having no shop, no middle men and no borrowings, our overheads are so low that we can pass big savings onto you
Surprisingly often we are asked why our prices are so low. You can be confident that this is a result of our efficient operation and lack of middle men.
How we ensure quality. We work closely with our suppliers, with primary emphasis on safety and compliance, then quality and finish. And only once we have established exactly what we are buying do we then negotiate the price.
We pay up front and buy a lot and establish long term partnerships with our suppliers. We visit their production facilities and get to know one another. The resulting trust and understanding delivers better products for you.
The future. Since launching in January 2005 we have grown healthily, year on year. Our best source of ideas and feedback is you, our customer.
Where we have made a mistake or in any way fallen short of your expectations, please tell us. We can and will help resolve this for you. And with your help we can identify any weaknesses and improve our service
We love to hear your ideas and suggestions for new items and how to make existing products work better for you. You are our best source for the entertaining, brilliant and novel.
If you have any pictures of your item in use or otherwise, and are happy for them to be published, send them over and you may find them in our online store, helping other customers make a decision. Plus we will send you a £30 voucher for any of your pictures used!
