| Q:Do you do the left handed guitars in other colours? |

| A:The short answer is no.
Left handed guitars represent such a small percentage of the market that most manufacturers keep things simple by just making them in BLACK.
However, if it's for a child, get them to hold a guitar and see which way round they feel most comfortable with. This might just solve a problem. |
| Q:The advert says 'junior' guitar - is this 3/4 or 7/8 size? |

| A:We have dropped '3/4' and '7/8' from the general descriptions as it's too dependant on what you are comparing it with. For example - the Stratocaster style guitars are a compact design anyway, so the '3/4' size one looks really tiny.
Usually, a child aged over 10 needs a full size one, but if unsure, ring for advice .
Also, check the dimensions. |
| Q:When should I expect my order to arrive? |

| A:We carry most items in stock, so your order is usually despatched the next working day. The majority of items are sent by carrier (check the item description), so it should arrive the following day. (Friday despatches are delivered Monday.)
You will need to sign for the delivery, so if neccessary, supply an alternative address with your order. |
| Q:I dont like Paypal, how else can I pay? |

| A:You can call us to pay by credit / debit card over the phone, or you can post a cheque.
Crossed Postal Orders are also acceptable, but make sure you send them securely.

| Q:I have paid by eCheque, why do I have to wait so long for my goods? |
|
| A:If you don't have sufficient funds in your Paypal account, Paypal request the payment from your bank. When the funds have cleared through the banking system, they send a payment to us. This takes around 10 days, so if you need your item quickly, its best to pay a different way. We can refund an eCheque at any point so you can pay by phone or post. |
| Q:Why do you charge extra to deliver to Northern Scotland and islands even though its still part of the UK? |

| A:In line with most sellers based in England, we are charged much higher prices by carriers to deliver to these areas simply because of the extra mileage, fuel and time taken. Other costs such as ferry charges also have to be covered.
However, we do use Royal Mail for some items, depending on the value / urgency so ask if you're not sure. |
