We post as soon as we can, sometimes same day. We will not post items until we have cleared funds. For cheques, postal orders and bankers drafts this may take up to week.
For our UK customers we offer two services 2nd class and 1st class. For more expensive items these services will be signed for services. These are not tracked services.
If an item gets lost in the post Ebay policy is clear, it is the seller’s problem. Do not believe any professional seller that says otherwise. We will always refund you in full for items lost in the post. The following conditions do apply however. We will only give a refund after 15 working days (3 weeks) which is when the Royal Mail declare them as lost
We will also send items Special Delivery if you require a guaranteed next day service. Special Delivery is fully tracked. This will cost extra and we are happy to provide you with a price on request.
For our overseas customers we offer Airmail to certain countries and International Signed for to the rest of the world. These services are not tracked services. International Signed for requires a signature on delivery.
Airsure is available to certain countries. This is fully tracked and faster. We will offer this service either at our discretion or on request.
If you require a tracked service this costs substantially more money as we need to use a courier service. We get the best price we can and will tell you how much that will be. Just get in touch if you require this.
Items that get lost are our problem, the only condition is that the UK mail service will only declare an item as lost after 25 working days (5 weeks) we will give you a full refund if the item has not arrived after this time.
For all countries (including the UK) we only send more expensive items or large items via courier. Large items can not be posted using a standard mail service and more expensive items require better cover and full tracking facilities.
