Payment methods accepted: PayPal or Postal Order.

Please complete payment promptly so that in turn your item may be despatched to you as soon as possible.

A combined shipping discount is available on items purchased in a single transaction within a 4 day period. If you pay for each item separately the postage discount will not be applied.

Items are despatched daily.

Items are always posted within 1 working day of receipt of payment, depending on the time we receive payment, most are posted same day.

Proof of posting is obtained for all items.

P&P costs are based on the Royal Mail cost of sending your parcel (according to size/weight) and also include the cost of packaging materials (envelope, bubble wrap, tape, printer ink etc) plus a small handling fee.

All items are generally posted 2nd class standard unless the listing states otherwise and:
1) Items listed with Free P&P will generally be posted 2nd Class.
2) Items listed with Free P&P - valid only for UK deliveries.
3) Items which qualify for the periodic "Buy 3 Bare Escentuals items and get Free P&P" promotion will generally be posted 2nd class.
4) Items purchased with the periodic 'maximum P&P of £5.00' promotion will generally be posted 2nd class.
5) All P&P promotions only apply to domestic UK shipments.
6) International buyers: any costs for customs clearance and local duties/taxes are not included in the price of your item and are payable locally in your country.
Customer Service
We strive to exceed customer’s expectations at all times as far as service is concerned. We very much believe in the saying “do as you would be done by” and always treat our lovely customers in the way we would like to be treated when making a purchase. We've all had bad experiences haven't we? - both online and on the high street?
Extremely rarely, however, things do go wrong and mistakes happen. Communication is key though - so if you have any issue at all concerning your purchase, please contact us and we will do our utmost to work with you to sort it out.

Returns
Of course, we trust that you will be delighted with your purchase – your satisfaction is our top priority. If any item does not meet with your satisfaction for any reason, you can return it unused and in a saleable condition within 14 days for a full refund or exchange.
Please note:

For hygiene reasons, returns of skincare (including hair care) cosmetics, nail polishes and cosmetic brushes will only be accepted if the product packaging remains unopened and with the product seal intact.

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the item unless the item was delivered in error or is faulty. For your protection, we recommend that you use a signed for service to return items.

All returns are evaluated prior to being processed.

Your refund or exchange will be processed as soon as possible, but will usually be processed within 7 working days.
Your statutory rights relating to faulty or misdescribed goods or your right to cancel under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations are not affected.
Should you need to return an item, please email us with the details (your name, the item number etc) before posting it so that we know to expect it.
