Combined Shipping

We sell a combination of free delivery items and items where there is a postage cost. As our items are set to instant payment, customers who want to purchase more than one item with postage costs will have to pay in full for each item initially. After completion of a multiple order, customers can apply to us by using the eBay message system for a 50% refund of postage for the second item and all subsequent items on that order. For example if a customer ordered 2 items at the same time and the postage for each was £3.00, by applying for a postage refund, we would refund £1.50 for the second item bringing the postage cost down from £6.00 to £4.50. Please note that this is not automated and is up to the customer to claim the discount. Customers must request this refund within 7 working days of placing a multiple order. International customers will always have a postage cost so can benefit from this combined shipping discount. We define a multiple order as orders being sent in the same parcel. If you order over several days and we send you several parcels, you will not be eligible for the discount.
