“Snagged a Bargain's” Terms and Policies, together with the eBay user agreement and offer to purchase, constitute a contract between the buyer and “Snagged a Bargain” for the supply of products.
The contract cannot be varied unless both parties agree via email. Buyers are assumed to agree with full terms and conditions when buying in “Snagged a Bargain’s” ebay store.
Whilst all care is taken, any errors or omissions in the item descriptions are unintentional.
WARRANTY
A 90 day warranty will apply to all products sold by “Snagged a Bargain” unless the corresponding listing states otherwise.
If on arrival items show symptoms of operation failure, or appear defective or broken. The buyer must contact “Snagged a Bargain” by via email within 7 days with a full detailed description of the issue. “Snagged a Bargain” reserves the rights to reject any claims made after 7 days or additional charge (postage and handling) may apply.
If the product is assessed to be DOA, the buyer will receive a full or partial refund, or a replacement product or replacement part.
When buyers are asked to return a defective item, a replacement will be sent after the returned product is received. “Snagged a Bargain” will take full responsibility for the postage fee.
DOA products are required to returned when it is agreed that “Snagged a Bargain” will provide buyer a refund or replacement. The returned DOA products will be our property and the replacement will be buyers’ property.
Replacement products are provided with the same warranty as the returned products.
“Snagged a Bargain” is not liable for items that have been misused, mishandled or incorrectly installed. Customers should read the instruction and advice given by manufacturers and suppliers before use.
