Terms and Condition

BIDDING ON AUCTION:

  • Upon bidding on auctions, bidders understand and agree to terms and condition on the items, return / exchange policy, shipping and handling condition.
  • Read auction carefully, do not assume any extra feature or function that is not listed on the auction. We are not responsible for your mistake or assumption in auction, return and exchange is available at your cost.
  • Contact us to remove your bid 24 hours before OR retract your bid before the auction close if you made an mistake. 

WINNING BIDDER:

  • Winning Bidder will receive a WINNING AUCTION NOTIFICATION with a link for checkout. Please complete checkout link with payment option preferred, shipping method preferred, and provide shipping address. Skip this process will delay your shipment.

BACK OUT WINNING BIDDER:

  • All back out bidder subject to "back out fee" -15% charge of Final Price or $2.00, whichever is greater. This is to cover our fees and lost for the auction. NO EXCEPTION! We will still leave good feedback if bidder responsible for the fee for back out.
  • All non-paying bidder who does not responsible for "back out fee" will get reported to eBay and bad feedback will left. Please note that this will left a permanent record and will get suspended from eBay if you have 3 non-paying auction reported.

DISCLAIMER! You warrant that you have sufficient knowledge to perform a battery self-installation. If you decide to perform the battery replacement on your own you are responsible for all your actions and associated risks. Replacing your battery may void any warranty you may have with your device and manufacturer. You assume all responsibilities with regard to securing your own data and all other personal information prior to any self-installation and AGREE that SMAVstore is not responsible for any and all data loss. We take no responsibility if damage to the equipment or bodily injury occurs. If you decide to perform the battery replacement on your own you are responsible for all your actions.
