Terms and Conditions

Payment for all products must be made within 8 days of the 'sold' date. 

As per eBay guidelines 'payment' reminders will be issued after 4 days if payment is not received.  The 'auction' will be filed with eBay after 8 days if payment is not received.

Payment via   www.paypal.com to sbm@thepeasknees.co.uk is our preferred payment method

Shipping/packing charges will be added to all products bought. 

Discounts on shipping are available for multi purchases providing they can be combined in one package. 

We reserve the right to add special delivery, recorded delivery, international recorded delivery or appropriate insurance for any item(s) sold.

In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase or it is faulty, please contact us so we can resolve the matter.

Returns and refunds will be accepted provided the product is received back in it's original sealed condition within 14 days from the day of despatch.

All returns to smallbaldman must be paid initially by the customer. A refund of return postage may only be given by us once the product is received and it remains the customers responsiblity to use a trackable return method as we will not accept responsibility for any losses if the returned product does not arrive back to us. In all cases any refund of return shipping costs will be our at our descretion. Please allow up to 28 days for any refund to be processed.

In the unlikely event that your product is damaged during transit please ensure that you keep all contents and packaging. DO NOT throw any part of the order away as we may need the product returned or photographed in order to process a replacement or refund.

In relation to DVD's, refunds will not normally be given for non-compatibility and shipping will not be refunded.

In relation to tights, refunds will not normally be given if the sealed package has been opened or the tights have been worn in any way. This is for hygiene reasons. In relation to cosmetics refunds will not normally be given if the product has been opened or used in any way. This is for hygiene reasons.

All customers agree to abide by these conditions of sale and return policies. Your statutory rights are not affected.
