I ordered the double bed. The delivery was quite quick from ordering to delivery. One problem was the hook on the remote add snapped off. probably in transit. I messaged Sleep kings via eBay. and was very pleased when their customer service actually rang me to apologise for the broken remote. However within 4 days (weekend included) of this, I received a complete new remote plus a mattress cover for my trouble. Well done Sleep kings.
