Returns & Refunds
Introduction
At SK Muscle Shop we want you to be completely satisfied every time you shop with us, so we’ve tried to make our returns policy as simple as possible.
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase you have seven days from receipt of your order to return it to us. We will refund the value of the returned items using the original payment method, within two working days of receiving the returned goods.
Rules of Return
When you return an item we ask that it is still in the original packaging and is not opened, in the case of any equipment or clothing is not worn, washed, damaged or had the tags removed or any nutritional product that it hasn’t been opened. Any item which fails to meet this criteria may not be returned.
Returning Faulty Goods
If your goods are faulty please follow the returns procedure in the previous section and we will supply replacement goods or a full refund of the purchase price including the original delivery charge. SK Muscle Shop will also refund the cost of returning the faulty item (please include a copy of your postage receipt as statement of the return cost).
‘Faulty’ means that the item has a manufacturing fault or hidden defect, which was present at the time of delivery. An item is not faulty if it has become damaged or faulty because of wear and tear, misuse, or accidental damage. Please note that SK Muscle Shop checks the quality and workmanship of all goods prior to dispatch.
