Postage
Y We ship out all items within 48 hours of receiving cleared payment (this will take at least 3 working days for Cheques)
Y You will be emailed once we've dispatched you item(s)
Y Items are sent via Royal Mail 1st Class  as standard with the option to upgrade to Recorded Delivery
Y In the event your item is lost in the post, please wait 15 working days for claim to be processed with Royal Mail

Returns
Y We accept returns within 14 days of receipt
Y Items must be in condition as received, with tags and packaging where appropriate and sent via traceable means
Y We CANNOT accept returns on underwear if any packaging has been opened due to hygiene reasons
Y We DO NOT refund postage unless a fault has occurred on our part
