WE DISCOUNT POSTAGE BY MINUS 0.50Pp ON EACH ADDITIONAL ITEM. WITHIN UK WE USE ROYAL MAIL, second class, FIRST CLASS STANDARD, OR RECORDED - please choose an option when buying. ABROAD WE USE AIRMAIL OR RECORDED SIGNED FOR- please choose your option when buying. PARCELS ARE BEING SENT EVERY DAY - FROM MONDAY TO FRIDAY.
RETURNS (PLEASE READ)
WE HAVE 7 DAYS RETURN POLICY on unused goods. IN ORDER TO RETURN PLEASE OPEN A RETURN REQUEST USING EBAY SYSTEM (‘return item’ link by your bought item). Buyer is responsible for postage back costs (and insuring against lost parcel- as we do not take responsibility for lost/damaged parcels) . When we receive your return we will refund the item cost (deduct actual postage costs as printed on parcel – as we have paid, for ‘free postage’ items we will also deduct the postage accordingly).
Where is my item?
We send our parcels within 1 working day using Royal Mail, accordingly to service you have selected during check out. If you parcel is not yet with you, please call your local sorting office to check if there is anything there. Please note that Royal Mail holds a right to deliver parcels in UK within 14 working days, and International ones within 30 days. Those are the time limits we need to allow as well before taking any further steps.
