We normally post the next working day after payment clears - so the quicker you pay the quicker you get your goods!
Paypal is the only payment method we can accept from customers outside of the UK.
Working days are
Monday to Friday
(Ex bank holidays etc).
Items for which cleared payment has been received by 10:00 on a working day will be posted that day.
Items for which cleared payment has been received by 09:00 on a working day will have collection arranged for that day.
You can tell when your item is dispatched as we send an e-mail to tell you after we have handed it over to the post office.
After receiving several requests not to give feedback (because the item is a gift on a shared account, for instance) we now implement the following policy :
We have set Selling Manager Pro to give automatic feedback when we receive feedback.
If you are happy with your purchase and wish to receive feedback then leave us feedback and you will automatically receive it back.
If you do not want feedback then please do not leave any for us, or delay leaving feedback until it doesn't matter that you receive it.
