- Please contact the Customer Service team to begin the returns process (see contact us);
- All goods must be returned in the original packaging. Missing, incomplete or damaged packaging will be invoiced;
- All returned goods must be carriage paid;
- All returned goods must arrive at our premises within 7 working days from date of dispatch / invoice to qualify for a credit;
- All returned goods must be in original condition, be current products and be in as new, saleable condition to qualify for a credit;
- Goods returned may be subject to a 25% handling charge. Special Order, Bespoke, Competition or Motorsport products, are not returnable under any circumstances.
Warranty returns will be accepted on the following terms:
- In order for processing to begin, all returns must be accompanied by:
- The completed returns document (obtainable from us),
- An official proof of purchase document (or legible copy), stating, as a minimum: name of end user, date of purchase, part number(s), price paid.
- The warranty shall only apply to matters notified in writing to us within two years of sale to the first end user (in the case of a retail sale);
- We shall be entitled to replace the Goods or repair the Goods free of charge or refund to the Customer the price of the Goods (or a proportionate part of the price), at our sole discretion, but we shall have no further liability to the Customer;
- For the avoidance of doubt, we shall be under no liability with regards to payment of any shipping and handling costs or with regards to fitting, installation, removal or other ancillary costs related to the Goods, or in respect of any defect arising from fair wear and tear, wilful damage, negligence, abnormal working conditions, track or competition use, failure to follow instructions (whether oral or in writing), misuse or alteration or repair of the Goods without our approval or failure to fit the Goods correctly;
- Unless specified otherwise on the Customer Returns Form, all products not returned to the Customer shall be disposed of 2 weeks after receipt.
