SIIS Ltd Returns Policy
Returns are accepted providing they are in undamaged, unused condition, return postage is the responibility of the customer (unless due to faulty goods or incorrect item received).
Goods which have been purchased incorrectly must be returned to us within 7 working days of receipt & must be returned in original packaging & in unsed condition.
The buyer is responible for the cost of returning the goods & once inspected a refund for the goods will be issued. Original postage costs will not be refunded in this instance.
Goods which are under warranty can also be returned to us during the warranty period. IMPORTANT NOTICE: ALWAYS KEEP YOUR RECIEPT FOR YOUR ITEM AS THIS IS PROOF OF PURCHASE FOR THE MANUFACTURER AND SIIS Ltd. A full refund or a replacement (if available) will be arranged for goods returned within 10 workings days of notification. After this period we will repair the goods if possible or provide a replacement. If customer is unable to return the goods we will notify you of your nearest warranty agent(this is applicable to power tools only)
The cost of the warranty return is again at the cost of the buyer & refunds of original postage costs will not be given.
