In accordance with Distance Selling Regulations, I do have a returns policy. This is a cooling off period in the event that you change your mind - please do not use this as a try and buy service as all items must be received back in their original condition and will be carefully checked. You must let me know that you need to return an item immediately and it must be delivered to me by recorded delivery within 7 days of receipt, together with the item number. I do not refund any postage costs and any items received after 7 days will be returned to you with no refund.
