Depending on the size & weight of the order, your items will be shipped by DHL, FedEx, UPS, or Airmail. 
I don't send by surface mail as it is too damn slow!

Proof of posting is always obtained for UK and International Buyers

Shipping costs 
These will be above the actual postage cost by a small amount. This is to cover the cost of postage materials, IE jiffy bags & such like. If you are unsure about these costs, please contact me BEFORE bidding to confirm any details that you wish clarified.

I have happy to combine shipping to any size order.

I also understand as some of my auctions may finish over a number of days you might want to combine shipping for these. No problem, simply let me know what items you are bidding on and I'll save invoicing you till all the auctions that you are interested in are finished and give you a combined charge.

As I also send by Parcel Force, up to 25kilo's is just £9.95 up to 30Kilo's (or large boxes) for £12.95 so you can make substantial savings by combining orders. I don't surcharge for Scottish Highlands or islands!

Under the Distance Selling Regulations if the Customer is acting as a consumer, they have a right to cancel their order for any item purchased on this website, for a full refund. This does not apply to items personalised or made to the Customer's specification; audio/video recordings or software that the Customer has unsealed; perishable goods and periodicals/magazines.

 To cancel the Customer can email or write to SB Marketing (contact details) within fourteen days of delivery of your items, quoting the eBay item number & user ID. The Customer must take reasonable care of the items and must not use them. Items must be returned to SB Marketing before any refund will be entertained. All items must be returned within 30 days from date of purchase, and all original packaging (preferably unopened) must be returned with the item.

I am human, and occasionally I do make mistakes. If the error is mine, I will put it right at my expense! If the error is yours, I expect you to suffer postage costs. In all cases please contact me within fourteen days to ensure a timely service.

In the case of lost in post or damaged in post, please contact me within fifteen days and I will do my level best to resolve any issues. If an item is lost in the post, I reserve the right to refrain from issuing a refund or replacement until I receive my "Lost in Post" form back from you.

All refunds will be processed when the item(s) have been returned to me. I ask that that all items are returned to me within 30 days from date of purchase for a timely service. All items must be returned un-opened, un-used and with all the original packaging.

Please enclose your eBay username, the Item Number and Item Title in any communication.
